We will also further expand our partnerships to become a global membership reward service provider,” LOTTE Members CEO Kang Seung-ha said in a statement.

L.POINT users can make payments with accumulated points at Sahid Hotel and also get 1 percent of their spending as points when making a payment. The company is also planning to cooperate with the Indonesian firm to issue a new mobile card that can provide more benefits to local customers.

In December 2013, LOTTE Members officially launched its membership reward service L.POINT in Indonesia. Currently, customers can save and use L.POINTs at all Lotte affiliates’ outlets in Indonesia, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart and Lotte Duty Free.

LOTTE Members was established in 2015 by spinning off a membership reward division from Lotte Card. LOTTE Members currently operates L.POINT service in three countries, including Indonesia, China and Vietnam.
