Cammsys invests W22.7b in Vietnamese subsidiary
[DISCLOSURE] Cammsys (050110) announced on Nov. 19 that it has decided to acquire 12,623,606 shares of its affiliate Cammsys Vina worth 22.65 billion won (US$20.07 million).
This is “to promote financial health and to strengthen the competitiveness of the affiliate through an debt-equity swap,” said the company. It will own 72.21 percent stake after the acquisition.
