Neowiz to acquire W115.4b real estate
[DISCLOSURE] Neowiz (095660) announced on Nov. 20 that it has decided to take over land and a building in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province worth 115.4 billion won (US$102.44 million) from its affiliate Neowiz HN Asset Management.
This amounts to 37.92 percent of its equity capital.
