IntroMedic to issue CB worth W10b
[DISCLOSURE] IntroMedic (150840) announced on Nov. 28 that it has decided to issue convertible bonds worth 10 billion won (US$8.87 million) to finance 5 billion won operation fund and 5 billion won acquisition of other entity’s securities.
The coupon rate is 0 percent and maturity rate is 5 percent. The maturity date is Dec. 12, 2021.
