Samsung Electronics to retire W4.9tr stake
[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Electronics (005930) announced on Nov. 30 that it has decided to retire 449,542,150 common shares and 80,742,300 preferred shares worth 4.88 trillion won (US$4.35 billion).
The due date for retirement is Dec. 4.
