Hana Financial Investment to increase capital by W497.6b
[DISCLOSURE] Hana Financial Investment announced on Nov. 30 that it has decided to issue 9.3 million common shares and offer to its parent company Hana Financial Group (086790) to finance 497.6 billion won (US$445.80 million) operation funds.
