[THE INVESTOR] Kia Motors on Jan. 28 launched its refreshed Sorento sport utility vehicle in a move to strengthen its overall lineup.
The upgraded vehicle comes with a differently styled dark chrome radiator grille and a set of advanced safety features, such as front collision warning and avoidance systems, Kia said in a statement.
The Sorento is equipped with an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes with a choice of 2.0-liter or 2.2-liter diesel engines or a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline version, it said.
In the domestic market, prices begin at 28 million won (US$25,000), with the top trim coming close to 36 million won.
