Air Busan topped other budget carriers in customer satisfaction for the third consecutive year, a local survey said on Feb. 19.
The Korean carrier earned the highest scores among the country‘s six budget carriers in most of 12 categories, which cover social contribution and corporate reliability, the company said.
The airline, whose main base is in Busan, some 450 kilometers southeast of Seoul, cited the annual survey conducted by Korea Management Association Consultants.
The five other budget carriers in the country are Jeju Air, Jin Air, Air Seoul, Eastar Jet and T’way Air.
