[DISCLOSURE] Asia Business Daily (127710) announced on June 27 that it has decided to take over 20 percent stake (2,128,390 shares) in its affiliate Oksan Leisure at 14.14 billion won (US$12.65 million) “to strengthen business synergy and to promote investment profits.”
This amounts to 13.01 percent of its equity capital and it will own 20 percent of the affiliate.
